Quickbooks Products –

Our Refund & Cancellation policy is backed by Intuit.

We offer a 7-day money back guarantee for TurboTax, Quicken, and QuickBooks desktop software, if for any reason you need to refund the software. This policy does not apply to any ProSeries products, Intuit resource guides, education/lab packs, and bulk software orders.* If you are not completely satisfied with your Intuit products, please return them for a full refund (excludes shipping and handling).

* Policy for ProSeries, Education Packs, Resource Guides, and Bulk Software Orders:

ProSeries Products
ProSeries offers a 7-day money back guarantee to new customers and existing customers who purchase Software products different from those purchased previously. Such Software products may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price or may be exchanged for other ProSeries product(s) of equal value until such Software products are available online. If you need to return any ProSeries product(s), please call ProSeries Customer Service (800-374-7317) for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) and product return instructions.

Education/Lab Packs:
There is no 7-day money back guarantee for Lab Pack purchases. You may return education/lab packs only if they have not been opened. They must be mailed to the Returns Department for refund or exchange. Lab packs may be exchanged if the wrong platform was ordered/received.

Instructor’s Resource Guides:
There is no 7-day money back guarantee for Resource Guide purchases. You may return resource guides only if they have not been opened. They must be mailed to the Returns Department for refund or exchange. Resource guides may be exchanged if the wrong item was ordered/received.

Bulk Software Orders:
Bulk software orders are orders of twenty or more individual Quicken or TurboTax products. There is no 7-day money back guarantee for bulk software purchases.

Software Products (Listed under Internet Support category) –

Our Refund Policy is backed by the product brand owners (Microsoft, Kaspersky, Defender Pro, Norton). We offer a 7-day money back guarantee on the downloaded software, if for any reason you’re not satisfied with the product. The Refund will be processed as per the guidelines set forth by the above mentioned brand owners.

Changes to this Refund Policy –
Cosmique Global reserves the right, at any time and without notice, to update or otherwise modify this Refund Policy by posting such update or other modification at the Refund Policy page on the Website. Any update or other modification shall be effective immediately upon such posting. Accordingly, we encourage you to review this Refund Policy periodically to determine if it has been modified.

Cancellations

Cosmique Global works on an entirely customer centric methodology and we believe in working towards your happiness. In order to achieve this, we have a very simple cancellation policy. The process to initiate a cancelation request is by sending an email at support@cosmiqueglobal.com. You will immediately receive a confirmation with the date of cancellation.

Yes, it is as simple as it sounds. Our official policy on cancellation stands as follows:
The customer is solely responsible for canceling their account.
All the data stored with Cosmique Global will be archived immediately from all our servers but will be stored with us for future use. We guarantee your privacy will not be compromised in any case.
If the customer chooses to cancel their service during a month that they have already paid for, the cancelation will take effect immediately. Cosmique Global will not charge you after that period.
Cosmique Global, in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service. This will be done if the customer is involved in any :-
1. Abusive behavior.
2. Tries to access any of our portals or servers or databases without authorization.

In any of the above mentioned events, Cosmique Global will deactivate your account and also your access to your PC support services.
